Cancellation Policy
As I am a one woman business, all missed appointments and last-minute cancellations have a deep impact on my family. When you make a booking I open up time for you, and arrange that my family are taken care of. If you do not show or cancel an appointment in an unsuitable time frame and that slot cannot be filled then my family are directly impacted.

Cancel or Change
I kindly request that if you need to cancel or change your appointment that you let me know at least 48 hours before the appointment. I will then have time to offer your slot to someone else.

No Show
If you do not show for your appointment and do not let me know at least 48 hours before, I will charge the full price of the appointment to you. If you would like to book for a future appointment after a no-show, I will require full payment up front in order to secure your space PLUS a £15 surcharge for the missed appointment.

There are no refunds for missed appointments.

Vouchers are strictly valid for only 12 months. If you do not show for your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice then the voucher is no longer valid and any future appointments will be at the full cost to you and upfront payment may be requested.
